Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office in enterprise environments.

• Excellent customer service and end-user interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% on-site desktop support from 8-5, Monday to Friday.
• Repair and maintain computer hardware and peripherals; install and configure hardware.
• Support desktop and network connectivity, including Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Assist with IMACs and imaging/image recovery; document system changes.
