Job summary

Accenture is seeking a contractor to fill the IT Customer Service Representative role, delivering hands-on and remote technical support for end users and workplace technology in Detroit, MI. You will support daily IT operations across workstations, devices, and collaboration tools.

This onsite opportunity is paid through Experis / Manpower Group as the employer of record. Start date is 11/30/2026 for a 6-month engagement, with possible after-hours work and occasional local travel.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in desktop support, IT help desk, or related IT support environment.
Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with workstation setup, imaging, and deployment procedures.
Ability to lift and transport IT equipment up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive in-person and remote technical support for end users and workplace technology.
Log, manage, and resolve service requests using ServiceNow.
Image, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Autopilot; support Intune and macOS/iOS/Android devices.
Support Microsoft Teams meetings and conference room technology.
