Job summary

Accenture is seeking a contractor IT Customer Service Representative in Detroit, MI to provide hands-on and remote technical support for end users and workplace technology. This onsite role requires direct, face-to-face support and may include after-hours and limited local travel.

The contractor will be engaged by Experis / Manpower Group as the employer of record. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 11, managing service requests in ServiceNow, and deploying devices using Autopilot

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in desktop support or IT help desk
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with imaging, deployment, and asset management procedures
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for equipment
• Associates degree or higher in IT or related field, or relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for end users, Windows workstations, and mobile devices
• Log, track, and resolve service requests using ServiceNow
• Image, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Autopilot; support macOS and Intune workflows
• Support Microsoft Teams meetings and conference room tech, plus mobile devices
