Proactive Technology Management in the Detroit Metro area seeks an experienced IT professional to join our team. You will support multiple client environments with strong communication and independent working style.

The role blends remote troubleshooting with on-site visits as needed, offering a clear path for career growth. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Tier 3–level support or specialist IT roles, with a focus on Networking, Office 365, Windows systems, and security.

Qualifications

• Extensive networking, Office 365 and Windows Server experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, implementation and installation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer networks from cloud to keyboard.
• Perform Windows Server installations and ongoing configuration.
• Manage ongoing support for access points, firewalls and switches.
• Troubleshoot remotely and on-site; value teamwork and client-facing interactions.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage.
