Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a qualified Tech Café on site in Hialeah, FL. The candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to Coral Gables to backfill, as well as West Palm Beach on an as needed basis.

You will install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, software, and network issues, provide End-User Level II support, manage AD access, and assist with knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of support experience.
• A+ certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Knowledge of Windows OS support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer, software, and network related issues.
• Provide End-User level II support to on site and remote users for computer systems and various first and third-party apps.
• Provision remote and administrative access, group memberships, bit locker recovery key, password reset in Active Directory.
• Provide hardware, software and network support for mobile devices such as phones and tablets on iOS and Android platform.
• Troubleshoot complex account lockout issues by utilizing Qradar and Microsoft Account Lockout and Management Tools.
• Provide support, and elevate tickets to appropriate team.
• Identify, document, and communicate new technical issues and their resolution to the team and upper management.
• Collaborate with various groups to document, create, and publish knowledge base articles to be used across the organization.
• Maintain inventory and track equipment.
