• Experience supporting computers, technology, or end users.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to users in person, remotely, and via service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve common Windows and macOS issues.
• Troubleshoot software, user accounts, authentication, printers, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Support workstation setup, equipment replacement, deployments, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Document work and escalate issues needing advanced access.
