Job summary

Zones, LLC requires a Desktop Support Technician for 100% onsite work in San Francisco. The role is a 3+ month term with compensation up to $45.00 per hour. Work hours are day shift, Mon-Thu totaling 32 hours.

Responsibilities include onsite support, AV readiness, asset logistics, and building infrastructure tasks. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, including IT Service Desk support and network cabling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with onsite IT support and infrastructure.
• Experience in meeting room maintenance and AV readiness.
• Experience in over-the-counter IT support and office maintenance.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and stock management.
• Experience in network cabling and physical IT installations.
• Tier 1 and 2 IT Service Desk support experience.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support & incident management: walk-up support, ticket triage and hygiene, escalation coordination.
• Meeting room / AV readiness: room checks, basic fixes, escalation to vendor.
• Asset lifecycle logistics: receiving, boxing/returns, shipping labels, inventory spot checks, accessory stocking.
• Structured cabling, access point installs, network infrastructure projects, or other building infrastructure work.
