Job summary

Yugo is seeking an IT Specialist to serve as the second-line IT support for the Austin headquarters, handling advanced technical assistance and end-user challenges. This onsite role will drive efficient IT operations and require clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will own system administration tasks, support hardware and software deployments, and collaborate with global IT peers to maintain service quality and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of end-user IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and server technologies.
• Strong Windows and Mac operating systems knowledge with installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line IT support for complex issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Manage the second-line/escalation ticket queue and SLA compliance.
• Build relationships with remote IT team members and vendors.
