Job summary
YPO is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Irving, TX to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests for company hardware, services, and applications. Responsibilities include handling helpdesk incidents, logging and prioritizing requests, maintaining knowledge of YPO systems, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
The role requires 2+ years in a dynamic service desk, proficiency in Azure/AD and Office 365, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- One or more technical certifications.
Responsibilities
- Respond to helpdesk incidents and support requests courteously and expeditiously.
- Log, categorize, prioritize and provide solutions to requests within the service desk.
- Maintain knowledge of YPO applications and systems to resolve issues quickly.
- Investigate network operations alerts and respond as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to associates and contractors by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
- Escalate recurring issues to IT Operations Manager.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and cloud services.
