Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and hardware failures.
• Manage AD/Entra ID accounts, group memberships, and Exchange mailboxes.
• Assist with Intune enrollment, device compliance, and app deployment.
• Support networking, VPNs, and remote connectivity.
