Job summary

Hempel is seeking an IT Services & Support Technician to join our onsite team in Dallas, TX. You will provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals, resolving issues with Windows, Office 365, and hardware failures.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 administration, along with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware (printers, laptops, desktops).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical assistance for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and hardware failures.
• Technical support on RF scanners, label and network printers.
• Support end users with software installations, configuration, and general IT inquiries.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Server tasks.
