Job summary

FINFROCK seeks a User Support Technician to keep employees connected and productive in the office and on job sites. You will build, configure, and deploy computers, tablets, and mobile devices, and troubleshoot using Ivanti Heat across endpoints, with onsite and remote support as needed.

Required is an AS or higher in IT, 5 years of desktop/helpdesk experience, and Windows 10 admin skills. Travel to remote offices, including our South Florida facility, is expected.

Qualifications

• AS degree or higher in IT discipline with 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Windows 10 administration and PC assembly/configuration.
• Experience configuring Android/Apple devices for corporate use.
• Printer management experience and vendor liaison capability.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to remote offices and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous internal IT support to FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve requests using Ivanti Heat for endpoints, mobile devices, printers.
• Build, configure, and deploy computers; configure tablets and laptops.
• Deploy Android and iOS handheld devices; service network and camera devices.
• Assist with Cat 6 cabling and routine device inspections; manage consumables.
• Travel to job sites and remote offices as needed, including South Florida facility.
