Job summary

FINFROCK is seeking a User Support Technician in Orlando to keep employees connected and productive, on-site and on job sites. You will troubleshoot via Ivanti Heat, configure PCs, tablets, and mobile devices, and support network and printer devices.

Responsibilities include deploying equipment, traveling to remote offices, and maintaining print devices. A related IT AS degree with 5 years helpdesk experience is required along with ladder use and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires AS degree or higher in IT and 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience.
• Must have administrator level knowledge/experience with Windows 10.
• Experience assembling and configuring computers from parts.
• Ability to configure Android/Apple devices for corporate use.
• Experience with printer management including supplies and minor part replacement.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.; travel to remote sites.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and remote offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional internal customer service to FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user support requests via Ivanti Heat for endpoints, mobile devices, and printers.
• Build, configure, and deploy computers to employees as needed.
• Configure tablets and laptops for deployment.
• Deploy Android and iOS handheld devices.
• Assist with servicing network and camera devices.
• Assist with Cat 6 network cabling.
• Inspect and stock print devices weekly; manage consumables.
• Travel to job sites and remote offices including South Florida facilities as needed.
