Job summary

FINFROCK is seeking a User Support Technician to keep employees productive by delivering hands-on IT support at the Orlando office and at job sites. You will deploy devices, troubleshoot issues, and assist with network and printer services while supporting a growing technology environment.

The role requires Windows 10 administration, PC assembly skills, and the ability to travel to remote offices. A strong customer-service orientation and willingness to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• AS degree or higher in IT or related discipline.
• 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience.
• Administrator level knowledge of Windows 10.
• Experience assembling and configuring computers from parts.
• Experience configuring Android/iOS devices for corporate use.
• Printer management experience including supplies and parts.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to remote offices and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional internal customer service to FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user support requests using Ivanti Heat for endpoint devices and printers.
• Build, configure, and deploy computers for employees.
• Configure and deploy tablets and laptops; deploy Android/iOS handheld devices.
• Assist with servicing network and camera devices; support Cat 6 cabling as needed.
• Inspect and maintain printers and supplies; travel to job sites as required.
