Job summary

Finfrock Industries Inc is seeking a Field Support Technician to support our jobsites and office in Orlando. You will troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain client devices, printers, IP cameras, and Wi‑Fi networks while providing top-tier internal customer service.

Responsibilities include building and configuring computers, managing patches and firmware, and traveling up to 80% to construction sites. A 2-year degree or 5+ years IT support is required, with Windows 10/11 expertise and vendor liaison

Qualifications

2-year degree or 5+ years IT support experience.
Experience assembling and configuring computers from parts.
Admin level experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
Capable of configuring Android/Apple devices for corporate use.
Printer management and liaison with vendors.
Able to travel up to 80% and work outdoors at job sites.

Responsibilities

Be the IS&T liaison for Finfrock employees, delivering professional IT support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, printers, IP cameras, and mobile devices.
Build, configure, and deploy computers as needed.
Configure and troubleshoot client devices and printers in the field.
Maintain and update devices, firmware, and security patches.
Coordinate with the Director of IS&T on job-site activities.
Attend monthly I-Power meetings and provide field IT support.
Support Wi‑Fi and wired networks at construction sites.
