Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, such as help desk or desktop support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• English fluency and day shift availability.
• Strong Windows OS, networking, VPN, and printer/troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily desktop and hardware assistance, including startup, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve networking and connectivity problems.
• Support and maintain office printers and print servers.
• Respond to employee support requests, including occasional evening and weekend coverage.
• Configure new workstations, peripherals, and zero or thin clients through Azure.
• Provide backup assistance to our senior IT staff and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Record recurring incidents and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain a professional, service-minded approach while supporting a time-sensitive finance office.

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience in IT support, such as help desk or desktop support
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, core networking concepts, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, and printer or print server troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively by phone
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours and weekend support on a rotating on-call basis
• Excellent troubleshooting ability with a composed, patient approach under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• English fluency required
