Qualifications

• Experience in workstation support, network setup, performance monitoring, and system maintenance.
• IT certifications are strongly encouraged.
• Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continual network stability, security and reliability of LAN/WAN hardware, software, and telecom equipment.
• Respond to and resolve end-user requests for assistance with phone systems, desktops, thin clients, printers, network access, and software applications.
• Assist with network configurations, software support, server upgrades, data migrations, email needs, and moves.
• Perform OS optimization, apply patches, and troubleshoot devices, diagnosing problems and providing resolutions.
• Serve as the first contact with customers needing technical assistance via phone or helpdesk tickets.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements; maintain documentation and service catalogs.
