Job summary

Arvato is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician to be the first point of contact for on-site technical assistance. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

You should be detail-oriented, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role includes ticketing, on-site and remote support, and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with RF Guns is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with network configurations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is preferred.
• Experience in a Windows 11 environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users by serving as the first point of on-site contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance.
• Research and troubleshoot problems, and maintain workstation and LAN performance.
• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat & on-site support.
• Capture customer interactions meticulously and close out trouble tickets in a timely manner; escalate beyond on-site scope as needed.
• Manage onsite support tickets within the service level.
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email, chat & on-site support.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions.
• Determine best solution based on issue details provided by customer.
• Document customer interactions.
• Escalate issues to the next Tier as needed.
• Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Monitor the site to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee customer communication through to resolutions.
