Job summary

Arvato is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician to be the first point of contact for on-site tech issues. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems while ensuring workstation and LAN performance, and you will support internal users with fast, friendly service.

The role requires meticulous problem-solving and clear documentation; you will manage on-site tickets, assist via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits, escalate complex issues, and help keep systems up and users

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with RF Guns.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with network configurations.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is preferred.
• Experience working in a Windows 11 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users on-site and remotely via phone, email, chat & on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; maintain workstation and LAN performance.
• Escalate issues beyond on-site span of control; document interactions and close tickets promptly.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; monitor site for issues and resolutions.
