Job summary

STI in Columbia, SC is seeking a junior-to-mid level Computer Operator – Consultant for onsite IT operations and user support. The role involves handling Windows 10/11, Office, printers, and device imaging, with occasional weekend testing and in-person work.

You will engage in asset management, security audit research, vendor coordination and maintaining ITSM tickets in a banking/financial environment. 1+ year of IT support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in IT End User Support and related areas.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office required.
• Experience with printer, hardware, imaging/building PCs preferred.
• Experience in a government or corporate financial environment is a plus.
• On-site/in-person IT support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT end-user support for Windows, Office, printers, and devices.
• Imaging/building PCs and handling asset management tasks.
• Assist with network connectivity in offices and conference spaces.
• Support information security audits and coordinate with vendors.
• Document processes and use ticketing system to track work.
