Job summary

STI is seeking a junior-to-mid level IT Operations and Customer Support professional in Columbia, SC for onsite work. The role involves supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, printing, hardware, imaging, and asset management in a financial/banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in IT End User Support.

• PC imaging/building and asset management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations and customer support in a financial/banking environment.

• Support imaging, asset management, and inventory processes.
