Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for end users across a growing organization. You will handle desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications while ensuring timely and effective assistance.

The role requires 1–3 years of desktop support experience, a relevant associate degree, and strong Windows 10/11 knowledge. Onsite work in Gilbert, AZ with occasional travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in desktop or help desk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Apple iOS and Android devices is beneficial.
• Basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office apps.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, iOS/Android devices, and business apps.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
• Deploy computers, monitors, printers, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset records.
• Support printers, copiers, fax machines, and multi-function devices.
• Assist with administration of company phone systems and mobile devices.
• Deliver user training on software, hardware, and best practices.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Travel periodically to support multiple locations; perform other IT duties.
