Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Support professional for our Westminster, CO office. The role focuses on planning, designing, and installing PC systems, diagnosing incidents, and training users across hardware and software platforms.

Responsibilities include application support, asset management, and providing front-line IT service. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and be able to travel if required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or PC/network support.
• Associates degree or equivalent training/experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS X and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Install and support business applications.
• Maintain hardware inventory per asset standards.
• Handle IT service requests (phone, email, walk-ins) promptly.
• Support printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade computer systems.
• Set up and deploy computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Train users on hardware/software use; assist with phone systems.
• Willing to travel as needed.
