Job summary

U-Haul Glendale, AZ is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide remote and onsite IT support across multiple plants. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage Active Directory, and deploy imaging and OS updates for Windows devices.

The role requires travel between facilities, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of desktop or IT field support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, printers, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
• Travel to U-Haul plants to provide onsite end-user support and IT equipment service.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
• Manage user accounts and permissions with Active Directory.
• Image, deploy, replace, and upgrade computer systems using approved tools.
• Assist with printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams for specialized support and projects.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with Windows updates.
