Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a temporary Service Desk Analyst to deliver hardware and software support across campus and remote home offices. You will handle incidents, deployments, and end-user documentation while ensuring connectivity and security.

The role requires strong Windows, AD, and MS 365 skills, with the ability to work remotely and travel to remote facilities as needed. On-site campus support is a key component of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and AD administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT support best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software for desktops and phones.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and incident resolution.
• Assist with deployments, end-user documentation, and on-call rotations.
