U-Haul is seeking a Field Computer Specialist to manage computer and security systems across a broad service area. The role travels between locations to install, maintain, and train users on field computer technology, network connectivity, and safety procedures.

You will be responsible for uptime, issue escalation, security gap identification, and ongoing education through U-Haul University, with a focus on reliability and customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking, administration, security-monitoring equipment, and field tech installations.
• Strong problem-solving and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maximum uptime for computer systems and broadband connectivity.
• Implement and maintain field computer systems across assigned area.
• Support and train users on technology and security procedures.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams or vendors as needed.
• Identify security gaps and coordinate solutions to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
