U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative focused on IT Services provisioning at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle requests for dealer and company-owned locations, including new numbers, reprogramming, moves, and billing inquiries.

You will learn quickly in a collaborative environment, supported by leadership, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and cross-functional work using Excel and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone provisioning requests for dealers and company entities (new numbers, reprogramming, moves).
• Process requests via automated feeds, phone, email, or Ivanti tickets.
• Assist with assigned special projects and tasks from leadership.
