You will handle deployment, troubleshooting, and collaboration on technology projects, while adhering to security and operational standards in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support for hardware, software, and devices.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve Windows-based issues across devices.
• Experience with user accounts and access management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems in a timely manner.
• Support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of end-user devices.
• Manage technology assets and inventory records.
• Deliver high-level customer service across the organization.
• Follow IT processes, security requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and rollouts.
• Document support activities and solutions.
