Job summary

Knowledge Management, Inc. (KMI) seeks a Tier 1 Administrative / IT Technical Support Specialist to deliver on-site first-line IT and administrative support at NAVFAC Marianas CIO3 in Santa Rita, Guam.

The role requires basic IT troubleshooting, asset management, and customer-focused service, with opportunities to learn and grow under senior staff. Active Tier 3 clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Tier 3 (T3) security clearance or ability to obtain an interim T3 clearance prior to onboarding.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common IT troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone, email, Teams, and in person.
• Assist users with basic hardware, software, peripheral, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications per procedures.
• Assist with provisioning and troubleshooting enterprise mobile devices using MDM tools.
• Maintain accurate hardware, software, inventory, licensing, and asset lifecycle records.
• Support telecommunications administration including VoIP, landlines, and service requests.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and communicate with end users and CIO3 personnel.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or other teams as needed.
• Prepare and update SOPs, user guides, and technical reports.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.
