Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to support NAVFAC Marianas in Guam. This on-site role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support, troubleshoots hardware and software, and maintains IT assets and records across facilities.

You will configure devices, manage mobile devices, assist users, and help implement IT operations with strong focus on security and customer service in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems.
• Experience managing IT assets and inventory.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support by email, phone, Teams, and ticketing system.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and route incoming support requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide on-site and remote assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Install and upgrade operating systems, software, and peripherals.
