Job summary

KMRG, LLC is hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to support NAVFAC Marianas in Guam. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk, troubleshoot hardware and software, support mobile devices, and maintain asset records across facilities. On-site duties include configuring operating systems, maintaining IT inventories, and coordinating with the CIO3 IT Office.

The role requires DoD 8140 certification and ongoing professional development for government work. Applicants must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT helpdesk or desktop support experience required.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems or IT service management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support by email, phone, and Teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Configure and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Maintain asset inventories and software license records.
• Support mobile devices and enterprise mobility management.
• Coordinate IT asset deployments and disposal as needed.
