Job summary

Insight Global is hiring an IT Support Specialist for our San Francisco office. The role focuses on day-to-day employee support, device setup and troubleshooting, onboarding, and SaaS-based IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on IT experience, comfort with macOS and Windows endpoints, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms. This is an onsite role with opportunity to grow into larger IT initiatives.

Qualifications

2-5 years of IT support or desktop support experience in a business environment.
Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows endpoints in a SaaS-based workplace.
Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
Experience with ticketing systems or structured support processes.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
Configure and deploy laptops and peripherals for onboarding.
Support onboarding and offboarding with account provisioning and deprovisioning.
Maintain hardware inventory and provide conference room support.
Escalate complex problems to Head of Internal IT or external partners.
