Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Level 2/3 Support Engineer in San Francisco to deliver expert technical support for enterprise clients. You will handle complex issues across MDM, SSO, MFA, Slack, Azure, and more, while maintaining SLAs and contributing to system deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a consulting role.
• Experience with the technologies and platforms listed (MDM, SSO, MFA, Slack, Azure, MAC, Windows, Intune, Imaging, Deployment).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support resolving complex issues across multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot iOS, Android, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and audio-visual systems.
• Track and manage SLAs ensuring timely resolutions and high client satisfaction.
• Participate in deployment of new systems and decommissioning of old ones.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services and knowledge.
