Job summary

Instacart is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist for the San Francisco office in a flex capacity, with set on-site days each week. You will be the primary IT contact, handling macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS issues, and you’ll own onboarding hardware deployment and SaaS administration.

You’ll support conference room AV, become the go-to for Gmail, Slack, Okta, and Zoom, and help keep our IT environment scalable through knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of helpdesk or IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for the San Francisco office, providing in-person and remote support via ticketing system.
• Own the new hire onboarding experience from IT perspective, including hardware deployment and SaaS app administration.
• Maintain conference room AV equipment and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the AV team.
• Become the go-to resource for core software platforms (Gmail, Slack, Okta, Zoom) and educate employees.
• Contribute to knowledge base, improve support processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Workplace teams.
