Job summary

Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician in Salt Lake City to provide end-user hardware and software support at client locations. You will image and configure devices, manage accounts and applications, assist with onboarding, coordinate with site staff, and escalate complex issues to tier 3.

Strong customer service, 3+ years in desktop support, and knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM, and VPNs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop or computer operations.
• Windows 10, Office365, Teams and SCCM experience.
• Inventory/Asset Tracking software experience.
• Ability to follow written IT policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned site.
• Install and configure Dell hardware and peripherals.
• Image, upgrade PC/MacBook hardware using MDT, SCCM, Ghost.
• Perform data migrations using tools such as OneDrive.
• Document installation/removal of equipment in CMDB.
• Coordinate new device setup, shipping and old device return.
• Provide IT/AV conference support for events and meetings.
• Office 365 support including Outlook and Teams.
