Responsibilities

• Field support calls, chats, emails, or other communications from users.
• Assist in applying basic software/hardware knowledge to fix issues with team guidance.
• Help set up, replace, and maintain computers, software, and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing system integrations and custom applications; design and implement new integrations using modern tools.
• Document work and update knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
