Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for desktops and peripherals.
• Install, test, and maintain hardware and software used in manufacturing and office tasks.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve user requests in the ticketing system.
• Assist systems admins and network engineers with implementations and upgrades.
• Maintain antivirus and malware remediation processes.
• Support on-call rotation and coordinate with external resources as needed.
