Job summary

Bullion International Group in downtown Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an onsite role, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, with limited travel to North OKC and Edmond.

You will be the single point of contact for help desk intake, triage and resolution, troubleshooting Windows OS/hardware, deploying devices via Intune/Entra, and managing AD, Office 365, and printers. Collaborate with Systems Administration and support after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a help desk or IT support role required.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop OS and hardware, Office 365/Entra, AD, and MDM.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for help desk intake; triage, own, and resolve front-line tickets.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Image, configure, deploy, and retire devices using Intune/Entra and standard build.
• Maintain device management in AD, Office 365/Entra, Exchange; support antivirus.
• Perform scheduled updates and onboarding/provisioning per checklist.
• Build, ship, and maintain work-from-home kits and inventory.
• Support printers, scanners, and label printers and their systems.
