Job summary
Beeline Medicines is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide desktop and end-user support for office staff in a fully on-site role. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, and help with M365 issues and account management with Entra ID/Intune.
You’ll also support executives and manage AV for meetings and events. Responsibilities include imaging and deploying devices, maintaining conference-room tech, and ensuring tickets are logged and resolved within SLAs.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on IT support, incl. desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and basic admin tasks.
- Exposure to Entra ID, Intune, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and some second-level IT support for office staff.
- Assist executives with workstation setup and on-site tech checks.
- Setup and support AV for board meetings and events.
- Maintain conference room tech and guest connectivity.
- Image and deploy laptops/desktops, track inventory.
- Support account provisioning and MFA troubleshooting.
