Job summary

Beeline Medicines in Cambridge, MA is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver hands‑on desktop and end‑user support on site, supporting executive meetings and live events. This role reports to the Senior Manager IT End User Services and requires strong customer service and solid technical fundamentals.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and M365 issues, configure conference room tech, manage endpoint deployments, and assist with identity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of hands-on IT support, including desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and basic admin tasks.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Exposure to conference room systems and live event AV preferred.
• MS 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms and video conferencing.
• Basic networking: Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, printer connectivity.
• Life sciences/biotech experience is a plus.
• Professional presence with executives and external guests.
• Ownership, reliability, and good documentation.
• Schedule: standard hours with occasional after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Desktop and End User Support: first‑ and some second‑level IT support for office staff.
• Executive Technology Support: workstation setup and pre‑meeting tech checks.
• Event Tech and AV Support: set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV for events.
• Conference Room and Office Tech: maintain Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, and connectivity.
• Endpoint Deployment: image and deploy laptops/desktops; manage inventory.
• Identity and Access Management: provision accounts, MFA, and group updates.
• Other duties as assigned
