Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite hardware and endpoint support across firm locations. You will image, deploy, troubleshoot, and manage assets while collaborating with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and third‑party vendors to uphold endpoint standards.

You will support conference rooms, meetings, and events, assist with office moves, and contribute to technology projects. A strong focus on customer service and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint hardware.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and refresh laptops/desktops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Provide onsite support for conference rooms and offices.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support office moves and technology integration projects.
