Qualifications

2-year college or technical degree in related field; 2+ years’ experience, or equivalent.
Experience providing technical support in a helpdesk/desktop environment.
Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Log, prioritize, and resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Set up, configure, and deploy new equipment and peripherals; assist with mobile devices.
Assist with software installations, updates, and licensing; perform routine health checks.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding including account setup and device provisioning.
Escalate complex issues with thorough documentation and collaborate with IT, POS, and FT teams.
Maintain accurate records and knowledge base documents; assist in user-guide creation.
Provide end-user training on technology tools and best practices.
Provide rotational weekend and holiday support as scheduled.
