Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and support business applications and hardware.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset management records.
• Handle IT service requests via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly.
• Support printers, copiers, and multi-function devices.
• Troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals.
• Train users on hardware and software; provide end-user education.
