TEKsystems in Pacific, MO is seeking a contract-based IT support professional to handle end-user hardware and software provisioning, installation, and ongoing maintenance. You will join a technical team serving the organization and external resources, focusing on end-user facing systems.

Daily user support, AD account management, equipment deployment, and collaboration on migrations are key. The role requires adherence to IT standards and strong customer service.

Qualificações

• End-user support and provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user systems hardware and software.
• Support and maintain end-user facing systems including Active Directory, networking devices, desktops, laptops, and related hardware and software.
• Review open service requests and assist other team members as necessary.
• Build, setup, install and configure technologies as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily end-user support and related technologies.
• Maintain service levels through completion of service requests from the service desk.
• Create, change, and delete Active Directory accounts and groups as requested.
• Repair/Recover from hardware or software failures; communicate with impacted departments and IT leaders.
• Deploy, service and maintain new end-user equipment.
• Support new integrations and migrations.
• Ensure end-user equipment is updated according to the update policy.
• Maintain equipment inventory and organization.
