Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an IT Support Technician for on-site work at our Milan, Tennessee location. You will provide end-user technical support for ~2400 users across 33+ locations, handling hardware, software, and access issues via in-person, phone, or remote channels.

Responsibilities include triaging incidents, documenting resolutions, training end users, and supporting Active Directory, ERP applications, VPNs, and Citrix environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a service desk or hands-on technical support environment.
• Experience supporting end users in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of all business system software and hardware, including end-user devices and accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults, via in-person, phone, or remote channels.
• Document incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system and update users on status.
