Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows desktop OS in an enterprise.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and IT ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP networking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 end user support for site and projects.
• Support regional end user services needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets per SLAs.
• Perform onsite work in office and plant environments.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT peers to deliver IT services.
