Job summary

Reliant IS is seeking an IT Field Technician for an in-person role in SeaTac, WA. This full-time floater position features a 10-hour shift schedule (11:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday; weekends as needed) with 40 hours guaranteed.

Pay ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus dental, health, and vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k), and a cell phone stipend. You will support our team with dependable technical service and strong customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong customer service, clear communication, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude toward technology.
• Hands-on hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing Windows and software.
• Ability to diagnose printers and peripherals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; MCP or higher, CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and promptly handle break/fix requests.
• Work assigned IT service tickets as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and baggage printers.
• Install new computers, displays, and other IT equipment as required.
• Maintain timecards, worksheets, and required paperwork.
• Follow policies while keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate courteously with customers and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
