Job summary

Investigo is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support at a manufacturing facility. You will assist office users and production staff, resolve hardware and software issues, manage devices, and ensure IT requests are completed on time.

The role is a 3-month contract, onsite five days per week with some evenings and weekends required. Pay is up to $30/hour, and you will support Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac systems, printers, and AV equipment on the production

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on experience in onsite IT support or help desk.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows/Mac environments.

Responsibilities

Configure Microsoft 365 and support end users across the full Office suite.
Review, prioritize and resolve IT requests via phone, email, IM, in person or ticketing system.
Log issue details with scope, impact and components for escalation and knowledge base reference.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and printers.
Push updates via Microsoft Intune to devices.
Set up and support scanners/tablets on the production floor.
Prepare onboarding/offboarding computer setups.
Move equipment as needed and support conference room A/V equipment.
Keep asset management database up to date and create IT process docs.
Follow up on open requests until resolved and support special projects.
