Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Technician for a 2-month contract located in Easton, Northampton County. This role requires providing onsite support across two manufacturing buildings, ensuring day-to-day IT operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in IT or 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in PC troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and customer service. Candidates with manufacturing experience and familiarity with AV technology are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in desktop support or onsite IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole onsite IT support for the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including hardware and software.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks including equipment setup.
