Tenth Revolution Group seeks an IT Intern to provide onsite IT support for internal staff 2 days a week. You will be the primary point of contact for our global service desk, handling incidents and requests efficiently and assisting in deploying IT hardware and software.

The ideal candidate will be studying IT or have prior IT support experience. A logical approach to troubleshooting and a customer-centric attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently studying IT or possess prior IT support experience.
• Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Log and capture information for all IT incidents and requests.
• Respond to tickets raised by the Service Desk within SLA.
• Triage Service Desk tickets and provide troubleshooting.
